LJT Talent Management began with Liam sitting in his tiny (and wildly overpriced) single room in Raynes Park, shortly after graduating from drama school.
Nearly four years later, that vision has grown into a thriving agency built on genuine connection, care, and a personalised approach to management. The team at LJT continues to champion artists who combine individuality with dedication — and to this day, that same ethos remains at the heart of everything we do.
(And yes, Liam still occasionally wishes he’d called it LJT Personal Management — but here we are!)

“Hard work beats talent, when talent fails to work hard.”

Evangeline grew up on the outskirts of Edinburgh and found her passion for dance aged 10 at her local school, 21st Century Dance Academy. She went on to train there for the next 5 years while also attending the MGA Academy of Performing Arts on their part-time theatre course. At 15, she auditioned and was accepted to The Dance School of Scotland before being awarded a DaDA scholarship to Northern Ballet School, where she obtained her Diploma in Professional Dance.
Upon graduating, Evangeline went straight into cruise ship work. Who wouldn’t want to explore the world while performing? Her credits include: Costa Victoria (Cruise), Sani Resort (5 Star Greek Resort), Mein Schiff 5 (Cruise), MSC Lirica (Cruise), and Evangeline has also worked in TV and film, including the Netflix production ‘The Princess Switch: Switched Again’. During COVID-19, Evangeline went back to university after her 2020 contracts were cancelled due to the pandemic and gained a First Class, BA (Hons) in Dance and Drama.
Evangeline started at LJT Talent Management in 2023 after finishing up her second contract onboard MSC Lirica as Dance Captain. She is very proud to be part of this team, providing her clients with the time, attentiveness, and dedication that they deserve.

Liam was born in Liverpool and grew up in Stoke-on-Trent, where his love for performing began at the age of 15. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion, leading him to train for two years pre-vocationally before moving to Laine Theatre Arts, where he completed three years of professional training. Those early experiences shaped not only his craft but his belief in hard work, individuality, and the importance of finding joy in what you do.
Since then, Liam’s career has taken him around the world. He’s performed in productions including Singin’ in the Rain, Rock of Ages, Hairspray, Hello, Dolly!, Young Frankenstein, Evita, Jekyll & Hyde, On the Town. He’s also worked internationally as a Singer/Dancer onboard the MS Deutschland and MS Amera, and has had the surreal experience of performing as a Featured Tap Dancer for Rod Stewart and Jools Holland. Back in the UK, he’s brought plenty of festive sparkle to audiences in pantomimes with Crossroads Pantomimes and Made to Measure Productions.
In 2022, Liam followed another dream and founded LJT Talent Management — an agency built on the values he holds closest: authenticity, individuality, and opportunity. His goal has always been to represent artists who deserve to shine not just because of their talent, but because of who they are. Watching the agency grow so quickly, and seeing his clients thrive, has been one of his proudest achievements.
Alongside his work as an agent and performer, Liam is also a theatrical director and producer. Most recently, he directed and produced the Off West End World Premiere of PROJECT: WALTER at the Bridewell Theatre, which received glowing reviews and marked an exciting milestone in his creative journey.
